Individual programmes

Individual plans to meet children’s specific needs and circumstances are drawn up at a joint planning meeting with the young person’s placing authority shortly after admission.

Elements may include:

• Advice on the dangers of drug and solvent abuse
• Individual counselling on specific identified issues such as sexual or emotional abuse
