In the run-up to Christmas, one of our young people took the lead on a collection for the Exeter Foodbank. As well as creating posters and speaking to staff to encourage them to donate food items or money, he also spent some of his own pocket money to buy much needed items. All of his hard work and efforts paid off and he managed to collect food donations that weighed in at a whopping 24 stone. This was donated to the Exeter Foodbank on 15 December 2020.
A fantastic piece of work and it has encouraged this young person to continue organising charitable events where possible.
